The practice specialises in obtaining difficult planning consents, whilst incorporating sensitive design skills, high quality presentations and exceptional technical expertise. We have a wealth of experience from large commercial developments in London to sports centres, schools, student accommodation, town centre regeneration schemes and religious buildings including a Sikh Temple. Common to each project is the care undertaken by the Directors to ensure the quality of the design and commercial viability are at the highest level.
Current projects include refurbishment and new build of in excess of 300 luxury apartments in Grade II listed buildings set in 100 acres of Greenbelt, the master plan of a 44-acre business park to include office accommodation, residential, retail and leisure. We are also working on smaller schemes in sensitive conservation areas, which include the conversion of several barns into residential units, a development of 11 live/work units set in an Oxfordshire village and a development of 238 flats for key worker/social housing use.
